CryptoPay Bitcoin Debit card is available for UK, most European Countries, and Russia. They are working on expanding their availibility to Singapore as well. CryptoPay can be used as a contactless plastic debit card or a virtual card.
The debit card is offered at the moment in USD, EUR, and RUB.The card itself is free though delivery is around $15. Domestic ATM transaction fees are between £1.75 to $2.50. International ATM fees are between €2.25 to €2.75. International transaction fee is 3% and monthly fee is €1. Compared to its competitors, the fees are higher.
The card is on of the few that does not force KYC requirements so users can keep anonymity. Completing KYC requirements can increase limits drastically. Unverified users can withdrawal €400 from ATMs daily while verified users can withdrawal €2,000 from ATMs daily, and has no limit to send money online and load.
All features are combined: wallet, exchange and a debit card.

Card issuance is free while a stardart delivery will cost around $15. There is an express delivery available for over $70 (incase of urgency). Local ATM is $2.5 per transaction, Internation ATM is $3.5. There is a monthly service fee of $1 and a loading fee of 1%.
